Welcome to Judahis.com. We make handcrafted hair bows with love, and we care just as much about protecting your information as we do about our craft. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website, signing up for our list, or providing your information through any of our forms or funnels, you agree to the practices described below.

If you have any questions, you can reach us anytime at the contact information at the end of this policy.

1. Who We Are

Judahis.com is operated by Judahis Crafts LLC, a family-owned, woman-owned business based in Illinois, USA. We sell handcrafted hair bows and related accessories, and we offer custom bow creations for special occasions.

This policy applies to visitors and subscribers in the United States (including Puerto Rico), Canada, and Mexico, and anyone else who interacts with our website or sign-up forms.

  • Billing, shipping, and order details when you make a purchase

  • Any other information you choose to share with us

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • IP address and approximate location

  • Device, browser type, and operating system

  • Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the site

  • Referring website or source (e.g., how you found us)

  • Analytics and performance data

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from the platforms and tools we use to run our marketing and sign-up funnels (described in Section 6).

A note on payment information. We do not collect, process, or store your full payment card details on our own servers. All payments are handled by secure, trusted third-party payment processors that offer convenient and protected payment options so you can check out with security and peace of mind. See Section 4 for more on how payments are processed.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Add you to our notification list and let you know when our shop opens

  • Send you marketing communications about new bow drops, seasonal collections, and special offers (only where you have consented)

  • Personalize the products, offers, and content we show you

  • Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our website and marketing

  • Respond to your inquiries and custom bow requests

4. Payment Processing

When you make a purchase, your payment is processed by secure, reputable third-party payment platforms, which may include PayPal and other trusted payment providers. We offer these options to give you flexibility and peace of mind at checkout.

These payment processors collect and handle your payment information (such as card or account details) directly and securely, in accordance with industry security standards (including PCI-DSS). We never see or store your full payment card numbers. We may receive limited confirmation details — such as your name, billing/shipping address, the items purchased, and confirmation that payment was completed — so we can fulfill your order.

Your use of a payment provider like PayPal is also subject to that provider's own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review them.

5. Cookies, Tracking & Analytics

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to support our marketing. These technologies help us measure traffic, improve our website, and deliver more relevant offers. Tools we use may include website analytics, performance/security services, and advertising pixels.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through cookie preference controls on our site. Disabling certain cookies may affect how the website functions. Where required by law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, we currently respond to recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by applicable law.

6. Our Sign-Up Funnel & Data Sharing

To collect sign-ups and manage our list, we use third-party tools, and your information flows between them as needed to provide marketing and important notifications. We use the information you provide, including your name, contact details, and any preferences you share with us, to add you to our list, send you the communications you've signed up for, let you know when our shop opens, and share relevant offers and updates. We share your information only with service providers that help us operate our business, and only for the purposes described in this policy.

Email and SMS delivery providers: We use messaging service providers to deliver the email and text-message communications you've signed up for.

Analytics and advertising providers: We share usage data with analytics and advertising partners to measure and improve our marketing.

These providers process your information on our behalf and are obligated to protect it. We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws, see Section 10 for your opt-out rights.

7. Marketing Communications & Automations

With your consent, we send marketing communications and may use automated marketing tools and sequences (for example, automated welcome messages, launch announcements, and follow-up emails or texts based on your activity or quiz responses). These automations help us send you timely, relevant messages.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, see Sections 8 and 9.

8. SMS / Text Message Consent & Opt-Out

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages, including:

Shop notifications — alerts about when our shop opens and product availability

Marketing messages — promotions, new bow drops, seasonal collections, and special offers

Your consent is required and is not a condition of purchase. By providing your phone number and opting in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box or submitting a form that clearly states you agree to receive texts), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Judahis at the number provided. Consent to receive marketing texts is not required to buy any product or service from us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details in Section 13.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We will treat your separate consents independently, for example, you may opt out of marketing texts while still receiving transactional account notifications you requested, where applicable.

9. Email Consent & Opt-Out

When you subscribe, you consent to receive emails from us, including launch alerts, new bow drops, seasonal collections, and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us directly. We will honor your request promptly as required by law (including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act). Some service-related messages (for example, responses to your inquiries) may still be sent as necessary.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information

Deletion — request that we delete your personal information

Opt-out of marketing — unsubscribe from email and/or SMS at any time

Opt-out of "sale"/"sharing" and targeted advertising — where applicable under state law

Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights

United States (including California). California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the rights described above and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Residents of other U.S. states with privacy laws may have similar rights.

Canada. Our messaging practices are designed to comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw your consent to receive commercial electronic messages at any time.

Mexico. Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you may have "ARCO" rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) regarding your personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

11. Data Retention & Security

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove or anonymize your information except where we must retain it for legal or recordkeeping purposes (for example, to honor your opt-out).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children's Privacy

Our website and sign-up forms are intended for adults (18 and older), and our products are purchased by parents, guardians, and other adults on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children and anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
